Condon Memorial Scholarship Application
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior. Please submit the following information to us c/o The Condon Scholarship Committee: Completed Application* (NOTE: The online form below completes ONLY the first step of the process. You must also submit the following in order to be considered.)
- Official academic transcript sent directly from the school.
- Your high school resume
- Copy of your SAT scores.
- A one-page typed, double-spaced essay on the topic: Identify your major field of study and how it relates to your career goals.
- The items listed above must arrive at the credit union no later than March 11, 2013.
