New User Enrollment:
In this tutorial we’ll cover the Enrollment Process for those who are new to online access.

The default settings in most browsers will allow you to log in to Online Access HD. The following browsers are currently certified for Online Access HD, Bill Payment and our other Online Services:

• Internet Explorer 7.x (Windows) or higher
• Mozilla Firefox 3.x or higher
• Safari 4.x or higher
• Google Chrome 5.x or higher

New viruses are created everyday. Some are intended merely to annoy computer users, many are created for the sole purpose of stealing your online account login information. If you use a high-speed Internet Connection (Cable, DSL, T1) hackers and computers continually attempt to access your computers and the data stored on them. To protect yourself, we recommend you use anti-virus and firewall software. Scan your system for viruses on a weekly basis (at a minimum) and keep your virus definitions up to date.

There are a number of excellent anti-virus and firewall software products available for purchase. A few of the most popular are listed below. If you are unsure about which product is right for you, your local computer store or a consumer protection site like CNet may have recommendations.
