Chris brings more than 20 years of banking experience in leadership, relationship management and advisory roles to his position. In this role, he is tasked with:

  • Defining and Delivering a Competitive Product Set: Chris ensures that HFCU offers a compelling range of financial products to its members.
  • Enhancing Member Experience: He focuses on creating a positive and valuable banking journey for HFCU’s engaged members.
  • Developing New Processes: Chris spearheads initiatives to identify and nurture relationships.

His commitment to exceptional banking services aligns perfectly with HFCU’s core values, reinforcing our strong bond with our members. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters, playing golf, and practicing martial arts.

VP, Relationship Banking Advisor

James Daisey, with 20 years of successful experience in the financial industry, has held various roles in private banking, leadership, home lending, and advisory positions. As the VP, Relationship Banking Advisor, he is dedicated to cultivating new and existing memberships by providing an unbiased professional view. James ensures a high-touch member experience through a team of specialists who cater to our valued members. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Plymouth State University and carries FINRA investment licenses Series 6, 63, and 65. In his spare time, James enjoys family moments with his wife and two children, as well as staying active through workouts and morning rounds on the golf course.

VP, Relationship Banking Advisor

Chris Weiss, with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, assumes the role of VP, Relationship Banking Advisor. His responsibilities include cultivating new and existing memberships by providing an unbiased professional perspective. Chris ensures a high-touch member experience through a team of specialists dedicated to our members. He is a graduate of Trinity College-Hartford and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 63, and 65. Additionally, he carries the CIMA designation. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys family moments and indulges in activities such as tennis, kayaking, and skiing.

Jennifer Nastri

Relationship Banking Operations Specialist

Jen Nastri, with over 6 years of banking experience and advanced knowledge in lending and operations, joins the Relationship Banking team. As the Relationship Banking Operations Specialist, she oversees the daily functioning of the department and actively builds relationships with our members. Outside of work, Jen dedicates her time to volunteering at her church and with NAMI Massachusetts.
