Reviews are screened in order to protect members’ privacy, comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure that reviews contain appropriate and useful information. Do not provide any personal information (including date of birth, account number, Social Security number or driver’s license number) in your review. Reviews with the following content will not be published: Off-topic reviews, reviews containing profane abusive, hateful or off-color language, or comments related to race, religion, political party affiliation or similar personal characteristics or beliefs, reviews that contain personally identifiable information, reviews that mention specific pricing or product terms, reviews that contain false statements, reviews that refer to other companies or websites, and reviews that refer to pending litigation or allege legal claims.
Both positive and negative reviews are published. Whether you have a complaint or compliment, to protect their privacy we request you refrain from using staff member full names in your comments. When discovered, comments containing employee full name or other identifying information will be removed. The fact that a review is unfavorable will not, in itself, be grounds for non-publication. Hanscom Federal Credit Union, in its sole reasonable discretion, determines which reviews are appropriate for publishing. Published reviews may be removed periodically or when they are no longer relevant.
Ratings and reviews are accepted from Hanscom Federal Credit Union members who have the type of product they are reviewing at the time of their review. If you are an employee or ex-employee of Hanscom Federal Credit Union, Hanscom Federal Credit Union board member or volunteer, or an employee of NCUA, an NCUA member firm, a media organization, or any Hanscom Federal Credit Union partner or vendor, you may not participate.
