LITTLETON, MA (March 30, 2023) — Hanscom Federal Credit Union proudly announces the addition of Michael (Mike) Duffany to its executive team as Chief Lending Officer.
Duffany will lead commercial and residential real estate lending production, management, and performance to support Hanscom FCU’s revenue and asset quality objectives as the $1.9 billion organization fulfills its mission as the trusted advisor that people turn to for unbiased financial guidance. He brings a wealth of experience in commercial and small business lending from credit unions and financial institutions. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Commercial and Small Business Lending at Worker’s Credit Union, where he managed a $200 million portfolio with an additional $50 million in new business. Prior to this position, he served in roles of increasing responsibility at Berkshire Bank.
Duffany studied Business Administration at Eastern Connecticut State University and Naugatuck Community College. His interest in public service is evident through his active role in community organizations such as the Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the National Community Action Partnership, and the United Way.
